Shipping Information.

Canadian Customers Please Note:  Due to extremely slow customs this year ALL shipments are sent via US POSTAL Priority.  UPS Shipping is available upon request.  Priority shipping is 5-10 days and some tracking is available.  Express shipping is 3-5 days and has good tracking ability.  Priority Shipping is $19.95 for all vent orders under $470.  All orders over $470 are shipped FREE via Priority shipping.  Please Contact me for Express Shipping.

US Customers:  All US (Exept Alaska) shipments are sent UPS "Ground" unless otherwise specified.  UPS offers great tracking.  UPS "2nd Day", and "Next Day Air" is available at checkout.

International Customers:  We ship all international orders (Norway, Sweden, Russia, etc.) Via US Postal Priority.  All orders are shipped for $19.95 and usually take about 6-10 days to arrive (depending on customs).  Faster shipping times are available for additional cost.

LIMITED WARRANTY • Xtreme Air Vents LLC, warrants each product it manufactures to be free from defect in material and workmanship for the purpose it was intended. Xtreme Air Vents LLC, shall not be liable for damage or delays caused by defective material or workmanship; it is limited to the repair or replacement, at its factory, of any defective article or part thereof, which may be returned to the factory; transportation charges prepaid, within 60 days after shipping date to original purchaser. Xtreme Air Vents LLC, shall be the sole judge of the existence of any defect in the article so returned. No claim for charges incurred in the removal, disassembly, or reinstallation of such article will be allowed.
•This warranty shall not cover any article which has been misused or neglected or damaged by accident; any article which has been altered outside the Xtreme Air Vents Factory, or the performance of any equipment on or in which any article of the company’s manufacturer is used.
• Xtreme Air Vents LLC shall, in no event, be liable for consequential damage or contingent liability arising out of any total or partial failure to function of any article manufactured by if or of any engine or equipment on or in which it is used. Failure of a user to give notice of claim as to defect claimed under the provisions of this warranty within sixty (60) days of the appearance of such claim shall constitute a waiver by customer of all claims with respect to such goods and equipment.
